Privacy notice

Mozi is operated by Prute PTE LTD. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit the Mozi website or join the waitlist. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at hello@getmozi.com.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide and the information Shopify records to operate that subscription, such as its subscription status and the time it was created. We use this information to manage the waitlist, send launch or preorder updates, and respond to you. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

If you choose to allow analytics, we use PostHog Cloud to understand how the website is used and improve it. This can include normalized pages viewed, interaction events, engagement time, browser/device context, and a pseudonymous session or document identifier.

We do not use this analytics to collect typed form content, customer, order, checkout, payment, shipping, or skin data.

Cookies and analytics choices

We use Shopify’s customer-privacy tools to offer analytics choices where required. Optional PostHog analytics remains off unless you provide analytics consent. If you decline or later withdraw consent, we stop future optional analytics collection. Withdrawing consent does not automatically remove events already received; contact us if you want to make a privacy request.

The website may use cookies or similar storage needed for Shopify to operate the storefront and remember privacy choices. Optional analytics uses session-level browser storage only after consent. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although doing so can affect website functionality.

Service providers and international processing

We use Shopify to operate the storefront and waitlist. If you opt into analytics, we use PostHog Cloud to process the analytics described above. PostHog analytics is sent to its US Cloud service, so information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.

We do not use Meta Pixel or Meta Conversions API for this launch.

Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to operate the waitlist, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. PostHog analytics is retained under the configured PostHog plan. We review retention periodically and can assess deletion requests sent to hello@getmozi.com.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@getmozi.com. We may need information to verify your request before responding.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or the law changes. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above.
