Return and Refund Policy

Pre-orders
Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled before dispatch, except where required by law. If your order has not entered dispatch by 30 June 2027, you may cancel it for a full refund.

Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 8 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The product may be opened and handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect it, and must be returned with all components and accessories. Where permitted by law, we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product. Contact aren@getmozi.com before returning anything. You are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Defective on arrival
A defect reported within 8 calendar days after confirmed delivery is treated as defective on arrival. Once we confirm the defect, you may choose a full refund or a free replacement, and Mozi will cover reasonable return shipping. A refund cancels the related membership and future renewal. If you choose a replacement, the included membership period restarts when the replacement scanner is activated or 30 days after confirmed delivery of the replacement, whichever occurs first.

Defects reported after 8 days
Defects reported after the 8-day arrival period are handled under our warranty. The normal remedy is a replacement rather than a refund, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. For an accepted warranty replacement, we will extend the membership by the period from acceptance of the claim until confirmed delivery of the replacement.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.
